Return Policy

Colourbrooke Inc. / 4our Dreamers will
gladly grant refund or exchange of any unworn, unwashed or defective
merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Returned
garments must have original hang tags, packaging and inlude the
packing slip.

  • Name    


  • Purchase Date


  • PO #


  • Item to be returned


  • Reason (ie: wrong size, changed
    mind, does not fit, damaged item)


  • Request: Return/ Exchange


  • Return date





Return for refund:


Customer is reponsible for shipping
charges to return to Colourbrooke Inc. / 4our Dreamers. Please send
email as noted above and print a copy to send in the box with your
return. Please allow 5 to 7 business days processing time for refund
to be made to the same card on which the purchase was made.



Return for Exchange:


If item(s) are being exchanged due to
customer changing mind or ordering incorrectly, customer will be
responsible for the shipping back to Colourbrooke Inc. but
replacement exchange item will ship for free. In event of an exchange
due to damaged item or wrong item received, Colourbrooke Inc. will
provide free shipping both ways of exchange.  Please send email as
noted above and print a copy to send in the box with your return
along with original packing slip. Please allow 5 to 7 business days
for processing.





All sale items are FINAL SALE unless
otherwise noted.
